Irish Coffee with Boba Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup coffee
  • 1/2 oz bourbon or Irish whiskey
  • 1 oz Irish cream liqueur
  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup cooked tapioca pearls

How to make:

 

STEP 1

Add tapioca pearls to a glass.

STEP 2

Add coffee, bourbon, Irish cream liqueur, & maple syrup - stir to combine.

STEP 3 
To Finish
Top with whipped cream & enjoy!
