Origin & Characteristics:

Let’s be real — no brunch is complete without a Mimosa. Born in London in the 1920s, this sparkling mix of champagne and orange juice quickly became the go-to drink for mid-morning celebrations. It’s light, citrusy, and just boozy enough to feel fancy without trying too hard.

Over the decades, it’s earned its place as the brunch MVP: effortless, refreshing, and always down for a photo op. But now? We’re giving it a glow-up.

A New Twist: Virgin Pina Colada with Popping Boba

Drop in a spoonful of passionfruit popping boba and your Mimosa instantly goes from classic to unforgettable. Each pearl bursts with tropical flavor, adding juicy pops that play perfectly with the orange and bubbles.

It’s fizzy, fruity, and full of personality — like brunch in 4K.
This isn’t just a Mimosa. It’s your new signature sip.
