DUBAI, UAE | JANUARY 2026 — At Gulfood 2026, one of the world’s largest gatherings of food and beverage leaders, Orbitel presented a vision of modern eating shaped by authenticity, convenience, and evolving global tastes.

Under the company’s umbrella, two product lines framed that vision. O’s Bubble focused on beverage culture, introducing Taiwanese bubble tea in ready-to-drink formats designed for contemporary lifestyles. O’scallion turned to food, reimagining Asian street staples as thoughtfully prepared, easy-gourmet meals.

At the exhibition, Orbitel highlighted its latest innovations designed around how people eat and drink today.

Among them was Open-To-Eat Boba, the world’s first ready-to-eat boba with no microwave and no preparation required - simply open and enjoy. Designed for modern convenience, Open-To-Eat Boba has become an Amazon Best Seller, redefining accessibility in bubble tea.
Orbitel also introduced Popping Boba, reimagined - made with real fruit juice in expressive flavors such as lychee, passion fruit, and mango, now debuting in Dubai. The range reflects a growing consumer appetite for transparency, natural ingredients, and sensory play.

Building on evolving taste trends, O’s Bubble showcased its exploration of sweet-savory pairings, blending unexpected flavor contrasts that reflect how global palates are shifting today (as seen at the booth). This spirit of experimentation extends into Orbitel’s broader flavor pipeline, where new profiles, including subtle sweet-heat combinations are being explored and trialed, offering a preview of what’s to come in the year.

On the food side, Orbitel presented the O’Scallion Ready-to-Eat Ramen Bowl Set, rethinking classic Asian comfort food through premium ingredients and thoughtful preparation - no shortcuts, no compromise.
