Peach Bellini with Popping Boba Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz peach puree or peach nectar
  • 4 oz chilled Prosecco
  • 1/2 cup peach popping boba
  • Fresh peach slice for garnish

How to make:

 

STEP 1

Pour peach puree or nectar into a champagne glass.

STEP 2

Slowly add the Prosecco to gently mix with the peach puree

STEP 3 
To Finish

Add popping boba to the glass & garnish with a fresh peach slice
