Pina Colada with Boba Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz pineapple juice
  • 2 oz white rum
  • 2 oz coconut cream or coconut milk
  • 1 cup of ice
  • Maraschino cherries or pineapple slices for garnish (optional)
  • 30g cooked tapioca pearls

How to make:

 

STEP 1

Add tapioca to a glass.
STEP 2
In a blender, combine the pineapple juice, white rum, coconut cream (or coconut milk), & ice - blend until smooth.
STEP 3 
Pour blended mixture into glass, over tapioca pearls.
STEP 4
To Finish
Garnish with Maraschino cherries or pineapple slices (optional).
